Let others help you grow
It is useful to distinguish between group and team coaching.
The former, group coaching, involves any group of individuals; they may not know one another and may differ in their needs and ultimate aims.
The latter, team coaching, relates to individuals working closely together as a single entity toward a clear and shared goal. Team coaching is becoming increasingly popular in organizations where it makes better use of employees’ time and cuts training overheads. Also, research findings suggest that organizational interventions are best delivered at a group level rather than individually.

What do you expect from a group coaching?
It is an intimate conversation space, focused on goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action, and accountability.
Focus and Expectations
We will create a shared agenda and align expectations as foundational to any group coaching process. In a group or team coaching situation it is even more important to "co-create" shared expectations than it is on one to one. Bringing different perspectives and vantage points,
we will explore the question "What's expected?" or “What is the focus?” for each group members to feel heard and on point
Goal setting
Goals form the foundation of any coaching process. In a group coaching setting, you will be working on your own set of goals, but there may also be a shared series of goals.
On the peer level, creating shared support for goal focus, achievement and celebration is also a key part of, and motivator, throughout the process.
Accountability
Going hand in hand with goal setting is creating a focus on accountability. This is a key distinction between group coaching and other related disciplines such as training and facilitation. A key part of the coaching process is having you identify actions you would like to be accountable for session to session. Throughout the group coaching process each group member may be creating their own individual commitments whilst in parallel a group commitments may also emerge
Communication
You will be invited to communicate in the ways you find most meaningful. Communication can take a number of forms - verbal, written, and visual. Also “Bottom lining”, “laser speak” and “headlining” are an encouragement for each of us to get to the core of the stories we want to share. This ensure that all the voices around the table, on the phone or web are being heard.
You
Entering group coaching you are highly motivated to engage, implement new learnings, move at pace, exchange with like minded people and build from a wealth of experience.
You are joining to benefit the power of coaching and to move forward in a particular direction whilst making the personal financial commitment to change.
How does group coaching work in practice?
Structure
Group coaching will be run through a cohort model. Participants will sign up in advance, start and finish on the same days. We will work through the steps as one cohort.

Each session will be 1h/once a week for 12 weeks at a fixed day. The first and last session will be 1h30. Total programme time 13h
Session will take place online in Zoom
The cohort will be made of 6 participants
A new cohort will start when the cohort is full
The session will be recorded and only accessible to those in the cohort
There will be a mix of live and preparation material
Availability outside of each session will be limited but the creation of a peer culture and the identification of a buddy in the group will enable support and accountability
Ground rules, such as actively listening, attendance, confidentiality, and respect will apply
